Q. Do you clean windows, ovens and refrigerators?
A. Yes, we clean the basics including windows, ovens and refrigerators; however, we do charge an additional fee for cleaning windows and doing laundry.
Q. What kind of cleaning products do you use?
A. We use commercial-grade cleaning products, tools and equipment. We also use cleaning products specialized for deep carpet, upholstery cleaning and dry cleaning, waxes for industrial grade hard flooring and more. If your facility requires specialized cleaning products, please let us know and we can work with your needs.
Q. What kind of hiring practices do you use?
A. We have a thorough hiring process that includes, but is not limited to: personal interview, background check, reference check and criminal history check. We utilize all methods necessary to hire individuals who have no history of theft or child abuse. We also regularly hire individuals who come with high recommendations from our current long-term staff.
